Levels of ZED Certification
ZED Certification is awarded at three progressive levels after taking the ZED Pledge, reflecting an MSME’s commitment to quality, safety, and environmental responsibility.


Why ZED Certification?
- Focuses on product quality (Zero Defect) and environmental compliance (Zero Effect)
- Up to 75% reimbursement of testing/certification cost (maximum subsidy of ₹50,000)
- Up to ₹2 Lakh assistance for ZED certification consultancy handholding
- Up to ₹3 Lakh for technology upgradation of ZED units for zero effect solutions
- Enhanced visibility and credibility as a govt-certified MSME listed on the ZED MSME portal
- Easier access to credit, application priority in government schemes
