What You’ll Learn

This program focuses on the essentials of hospitality with a special emphasis on the Pantry Assistant job role. You’ll gain both theoretical knowledge and practical experience, preparing you to confidently step into entry-level positions in premium hotels and more.

Training is structured to give you knowledge in:

1. Food & Beverage Preparation: Preparing light snacks, tea, coffee, juices, and refreshments while ensuring neat presentation.
2. Inventory & Stock Management: Monitoring pantry supplies, checking deliveries, and maintaining proper storage of items.
3. Cleanliness, Hygiene & Maintenance: Keeping the pantry clean, sanitizing work areas, and maintaining pantry equipment and utensils.
4. Guest & Customer Service: Serving guests professionally, taking refreshment requests, and supporting meetings and events

Career Pathway & Job Placement
