Chairman – YouthNet
Mr. Imchen is a seasoned entrepreneur with extensive experience in managing enterprises and fostering growth. As the Director of Elysium Enterprise, his expertise lies in innovative business solutions and strategic leadership that drive economic and organizational success. Mr. Imchen has spearheaded several initiatives that have elevated Elysium’s market position, reinforcing his reputation in the business management domain.
Through his collaborative approach and financial acumen, he has consistently built sustainable business models that prioritize both profitability and stakeholder satisfaction. In his current capacity as Chairman of the Governing Council, Mr. Imchen brings his vision for entrepreneurial excellence and community-oriented development to the organization, supporting initiatives that align with his commitment to empowerment and impact.
He completed his B. Tech and M. Tech in Computer Science and Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Delhi in 2005.


Nuneseno Chase
Director & Board Member – YouthNet
Ms. Chase is a driven social entrepreneur dedicated to advancing community-led growth and sustainability. With a profound understanding of socio-economic challenges, she works to create opportunities and address disparities through strategic initiatives. Her contributions have played a pivotal role in local development, particularly in underserved areas.
With over 15 years of extensive experience in youth empowerment, women leadership, learning & development, talent management and related development projects. Her career spans engagements with national and international organizations, academic institutions, government bodies and private agencies.
She holds an MBA in Rural Development & Entrepreneurship and has completed Executive Education programs at both The London School of Economics and Political Science in England and INSEAD - The Business School for the World in France.
Throughout her career, Nuneseno has been instrumental in spearheading various initiatives aimed at the holistic development of Nagaland’s youth. Her expertise lies in policy advocacy, strategy development, program management, research and innovation. She adeptly engages with diverse stakeholders, including community groups, government entities, non-profits, funders, research think tanks, business associations and academia.
As Member-Secretary of the Governing Council, Ms. Chase draws on her organizational and leadership skills to enhance program delivery and accountability. Her commitment to inclusivity and social impact has helped cultivate a culture that values collaboration and transformative change.


Theja Meru
Board Member – YouthNet
Mr. Meru is an accomplished entrepreneur and a visionary in cultural development, serving as Chairman of Dream Corp. He is widely recognized for his contributions to Nagaland’s cultural and economic landscape through innovative business and community projects.
He is also now the present Chairman of Task Force for Music and Arts (TaFMA) Nagaland. A government body in Nagaland dedicated to the upliftment and promotion of music and arts in Nagaland.
In his role on the Governing Council, Mr. Meru leverages his entrepreneurial insights to drive initiatives that promote economic independence and cultural heritage. His passion for nurturing local talent and creativity is integral to YouthNet’s vision for an empowered and vibrant community.


Joshua Sheqi
Board Member – YouthNet
Mr. Sheqi is a dedicated legal professional with extensive experience in advocacy and legal advisory. Serving as an Advocate at the Guwahati High Court’s Kohima Bench, he is known for his integrity and expertise in legal matters. His legal acumen and dedication to justice have greatly influenced his contributions to the legal community.
Through his advocacy, he has been instrumental in securing job reservations for persons with disabilities (PwD),under the Nagaland Public Service Commission (NPSC). In 2019, the High Court has ruled that - one post of Extra Assistant Commissioner (EAC) and Secretariat Assistant (SA) out of 15 post and 40 post respectively be reserved for disabled or impaired person as per section 33 and 34 of the Right of Persons with Disabilities Act 2016.
On the Governing Council, Mr. Sheqi’s role involves advising on governance matters, ensuring organizational compliance, and promoting ethical practices. His commitment to justice and social equity aligns with YouthNet’s mission of creating equitable opportunities for all.


Samuel Magh
Board Member – YouthNet
Samuel Magh serves as the Treasurer of the YN Board. He brings experience in accounts and finance. As an independent businessman, he has developed a solid understanding of financial management, budgeting, and planning.
In his role, Samuel oversees the board’s financial activities, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and compliance with best practices. His practical approach and attention to detail contribute to the smooth management of financial operations, supporting the organization’s ongoing stability and growth.


Zaren Odyuo
Board Member – YouthNet
Mr. Odyou is a business development expert and the Managing Partner at Tribal Group, Nagaland. His extensive experience in retail and commerce has helped Tribal Group thrive and serve the community effectively. Known for his strategic acumen and hands-on leadership, Mr. Odyou is committed to fostering sustainable economic growth.
His role on the Governing Council enables him to advocate for business initiatives that support youth development and employment, furthering YouthNet’s goal of enhancing livelihoods through strategic skill-building.
He has a B.Com degree from Shillong Commerce.
