Multi Skill Foundation Course (MSFC)

Lend A Hand India (LAHI) in partnership with Directorate of School Education, Govt. of Nagaland launched Project Swadheen to implement the Multi Skill Foundation Course (MSFC) Course in four schools in Nagaland which have been duly identified and selected in coordination with Samagra Shiksha Abhiyan authorities, Department of Education. YouthNet and Lend-A-Hand India collaborated to implement Multi Skill Foundation Course (MSFC) skill education which is approved under National Skill Qualification Frame (NSQF). YouthNet supports and assists as VTP (Vocational Training Partner) to identify, select and recruit instructors/trainers to deliver the technical and life science curriculum of MSFC in the selected high schools.

278 students from 4 schools.

Milestones: 

Advocacy & Implementation – Setting up of Multi Skill lab in all selected schools.

Assessment of Class 10 students by the Agriculture SSC and Automotive SSC.

Streamlining Procurement of raw materials.

Completed the printing of Approved Multi Skill textbooks

Establishment Level 3 Multi Skill depending on the need of the students, school
and Principal.

The ToT once a year before the academic session starts. The ToT for the 4 trainers from Nagaland had their training from 22 nd January 2020 - 28th January 2020 at Pune.
