Manager – HR/Admin :
Qualification:
- Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management or related discipline / certification in Professional in Human Resources (PHR) / Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience: Minimum 03 (three) Year experience in a similar role in a structured corporate environment.
Requirements:
- Effective written English skills and verbal communication skills in English and Nagamese
- Effective interpersonal and organisation skills
- In-depth knowledge of Indian labour laws and HR Best Practices
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
- Knowledge of HR systems & databases
- Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics
- Proficient in MS Office, including MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook
