Manager – HR/Admin :


  • Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management or related discipline / certification in Professional in Human Resources (PHR) / Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience: Minimum 03 (three) Year experience in a similar role in a structured corporate environment.


  •  Effective written English skills and verbal communication skills in English and Nagamese
  • Effective interpersonal and organisation skills
  • In-depth knowledge of Indian labour laws and HR Best Practices
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
  • Knowledge of HR systems & databases
  • Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics
  • Proficient in MS Office, including MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook
