Qualification:
- Degree/Diploma in Engineering
Requirements:
- You have respect for rural life and are committed to building relationships at the village level
- You have a service mindset and work effectively in a team to meet the community’s needs
- You are excited to work and stay in the field
- You are a strong verbal communicator (English, Hindi). Knowledge of Nagamese would be a great asset
- You have a minimum of three years’ work experience on mini-grid installation and allied field
Key Responsibilities
- Install solar mini-grids
- Maintain and supervise mini-grids operations and running of agriculture machines
- Build strong community engagement
- Live in the village and manage all local assets, relationships and employees
- Respond to management queries and deliver daily quality and project reporting
