YouthNet and Nagaland State Rural Livelihood Mission organized a Job fair cum counselling of DDU-GKY candidate at Hopongkyu Memorial hall, Kiphire on July 30; to encouraged the youths to seek out and explore opportunities in the private sectors. The event saw hundreds of youth from different villages under Kiphire district come and availing the job mela.
Speaking at the inaugural programme, Longtiba, NCS SDO (C) stated that job cannot be differentiated as government and private. “If one is employed and earns for his/her livelihood it is a job”. He urged the participants not to be lazy but be industrious and to work in any given opportunity.
Reny Wilfred SDO IAS, (C) also appealed the YouthNet and the partners to organize such programs from time to time and assured of the full support and co-operation of the District Administration.
