It equips participants with the essential knowledge, skills, and resources to launch and manage successful green businesses.

Program Highlights & Activities: The program follows a structured three-week schedule, featuring a variety of sessions and hands-on activities:

• First Week:
  • Identifying Needs: Participants will focus on pinpointing pressing environmental challenges and needs that can be transformed into business opportunities.
  • Customer Analysis: Participants will learn how to deeply understand the needs and preferences of customers interested in green products and services.
  • Generating Business Ideas: Engaging sessions dedicated to brainstorming and developing innovative and sustainable business concepts.
• Second Week:
  • Prototype Development: Training on how to create initial prototypes of products or services to test viability.
  • Market Research: Guidance on conducting effective surveys to assess customer interest and market demand.
  • Crafting a Business Plan: Participants will learn the essentials of creating a robust and comprehensive business plan.
  • Financial Literacy: Essential money management skills for entrepreneurs.
  • Green Marketing: Exploration of marketing strategies tailored to environmentally friendly businesses.
• Third Week:
  • Industry Exposure: Opportunities for real-world insights through industry visits.
  • Demo & Pitch Training: A special class focused on preparing and delivering compelling business pitches, covering key elements like problem definition, value proposition, unique advantages, target customers, competitive landscape, market potential, scalability, and revenue models.
  • Pitching Session: Selected participants will have the chance to pitch their business ideas to a panel of judges.
  • Awards: The most promising startup ideas will be recognized and awarded.

Hands-on Training Opportunities: Interested students can apply for in-depth training with established organizations. This intensive training provides practical skills and knowledge to further develop their entrepreneurial ventures.
