YouthNet is proud to announce that it has been awarded the Aspire For Her Impact Award, in recognition of its continued efforts in building sustainable livelihoods, strengthening grassroots entrepreneurship, and enabling women and youth-led enterprises across Northeast India.
This recognition reflects YouthNet’s ongoing journey of empowering individuals and fostering ecosystems where local enterprises can grow and thrive.
The award was conferred at the HumSafal 2025–26 Cohort Graduation Ceremony, hosted by Aspire For Her in collaboration with the Global Alliance for Mass Entrepreneurship (GAME), under the Women’s Economic Empowerment (WEE) Program. The event took place on 23 April 2026 at Taj Santacruz, Mumbai, bringing together changemakers, entrepreneurs, and ecosystem leaders from across the country.
YouthNet’s work has been acknowledged for its pioneering approach to:
- Developing community-based enterprise models
- Strengthening local value chains
- Supporting women and youth entrepreneurs
- Creating sustainable livelihood opportunities
Through various initiatives and programs, YouthNet continues to enable communities to build resilient, self-sustaining enterprises that contribute to long-term economic growth.
The HumSafal program supports rural women entrepreneurs across Maharashtra, Andhra Pradesh, and Telangana by:
- Strengthening collective enterprises
- Enabling business development
- Improving access to markets and resources
The event also marked the launch of Impact EntrepreNaari, a new platform aimed at accelerating women-led social enterprises at scale, further reinforcing the importance of inclusive and community-driven entrepreneurship.
Receiving the Aspire For Her Impact Award is not just a milestone but a reminder of the responsibility to continue driving meaningful change. YouthNet remains committed to empowering youth and women, strengthening entrepreneurship ecosystems, and creating opportunities that transform lives.
