Robotics – R&D Engineer (1 Post):
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Robotics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in robotics, with a proven track record in both research and training roles.
- Proficiency in robotics systems, including kinematics, dynamics, control systems, and sensors.
- Experience with programming languages such as Python, C++, or MATLAB.
- Knowledge of machine learning and artificial intelligence as applied to robotics.
- Knowledge about Arduino, IoT, 3D Printer etc.
- Familiarity with emerging trends and technologies in robotics.
- Experience in designing and delivering technical training programs.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to convey complex technical concepts understandably.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in conducting and publishing research.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
Position Overview:
- The R&D Engineer will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs for our robotics systems and conducting advanced research to drive innovation in robotics technologies, open to travel for workshop and training. This role requires a blend of practical training skills and strong research capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Training Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs on robotics systems, including hardware, software, and integration techniques.
- Create training materials, including manuals, presentations, and hands-on exercises.
- Conduct workshops, seminars, and one-on-one training sessions for internal teams and external clients.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and update content as needed.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for trainees to ensure they effectively apply their knowledge.
Research Responsibilities:
- Lead and participate in research projects focused on advancing robotics technologies and applications.
- Design and conduct experiments to explore new methods, algorithms, and technologies in robotics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate research findings into practical solutions.
- Stay current with the latest developments in robotics and related fields.
- Publish research findings in journals, conferences, and other academic platforms.
