To provide end-to-end facilitation support to entrepreneurs in product design, branding, logo and label development, printing, packaging solutions, market linkage, and overall market readiness. Guide entrepreneurs in strengthening their products and brand identity, and manage data, documentation, and reporting for donors and programme partners
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Design, Business Administration, Marketing, Development Studies, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in, branding, packaging, printing coordination, or market linkage.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or CorelDRAW.
- Strong coordination, communication, and reporting skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assess entrepreneurs’ needs and prepare individual support plans for product, branding, packaging, and market readiness.
- Facilitate logo, brand identity, label, packaging, catalogue, and promotional material design.
- Support entrepreneurs in preparing print-ready artwork and coordinating with printers for quality printing and timely delivery.
- Advise on suitable, cost-effective packaging solutions and assist with vendor identification, quotations, ordering, and quality checks.
- Conduct regular market-readiness assessments covering product quality, branding, packaging, pricing, and market access.
- Maintain entrepreneur databases, records of designs, printing and packaging orders, and market linkage activities.
- Collect and analyse data and prepare timely donor reports, case studies, and success stories.
