  • Computer Skills: A good understanding of computer operations is essential, from basic to advanced proficiency.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English, Hindi, and Nagamese
  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Responsible for hiring the right talent and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
  • Employee Relations: Ability to foster a positive work environment and resolve team concerns professionally.
  • Performance Management: Monitor, assess, and provide constructive feedback on employee performance to drive improvement.
  • Training and Development: Identify skill gaps within the team and organize relevant training sessions.
  • Policy Implementation: Ensure adherence to company policies and compliance with industry regulations.
  • Payroll and Attendance: Oversee salary processing, attendance tracking, and leave management effectively.
  • Employee Engagement: Develop and execute programs to boost morale, motivation, and team collaboration.
  • Commitment: Willingness to commit to a two-year contract.
