Qualification:
- Basic Education
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a supervisory or caregiving role, preferably in an educational or hostel setting.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Compassion and ability to handle student concerns sensitively.
- Good organizational and communication abilities.
Job roles:
- Oversee the daily operations of the hostel and ensure the well-being of the students.
- Maintain discipline, cleanliness, and a positive environment in the hostel.
- Provide emotional and practical support to students living in the hostel.
- Monitor and manage students’ schedules, including study times and extracurricular activities.
- Handle emergencies and coordinate with school administration and parents as needed.
