Requirements:
- Qualification: 12 pass & above
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with extensive field work
- Prior sales/recruitment experience preferred
- Target-driven and self-motivated
- Own scooter/two-wheeler for field travel across Dimapur and a laptop.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Visit salons, spa, skill academies and local markets
- Generate and convert quality leads into walk-ins
- Build relationships with professionals and institutes
- Maintain daily field activity and lead reports
- Represent the company professionally in the field
