Associate Technician (1 Post):
Qualifications:
- Minimum 12th Standard or higher
- Prior experience in technical support, customer support, or ISP-related roles is preferred but not mandatory
- Fresher’s with relevant technical qualifications may also be considered
- Diploma or certification in IT (Information Technology), Computer Science, Computer Hardware, Networking, or related fields
- Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or equivalent will be an added advantage
Requirements/Key Skills:
- Working knowledge of networking concepts such as LAN, WAN, VLAN, and DHCP •
- Experience or knowledge of ISP infrastructure, including Fiber and GPON
- Hands-on knowledge of routers, switches, modems, and network cabling
- Ability to perform basic network configuration and troubleshooting
- Capability to drive a 2-wheeler is desirable; however, candidates without this capability may also be considered
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Installation, configuration, and maintenance of ISP and network infrastructure
- Troubleshooting hardware, network, and connectivity issues
- Field-level support for fiber, GPON, and customer premises equipment
- Coordination with internal teams for issue resolution
- Documentation, updating reports, and maintaining technical configuration records
