Marketing Executive (1 Post):
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field
Requirements & Key Skills:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, merchandising, e-commerce, or business development.
- Experience in managing online marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, or other e-commerce platforms.
- Knowledge of product listing, catalogue management, inventory coordination, and order fulfilment.
- Good understanding of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, ONDC) and online marketplace operations.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to analyze product performance, sales trends, and marketplace insights.
- Both Male and Female candidates are encouraged to apply.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Create new product listings and manage existing listings across Amazon, Flipkart, and other online marketplaces.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure product availability and quality.
- Handle customer enquiries, messages, reviews, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor account health and ensure compliance with marketplace policies and guidelines.
- Track product performance, sales trends, and competitor pricing to identify growth opportunities.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns, discounts, coupons, and festive sales to maximize revenue and customer engagement.
