UKG Lead Teacher (1 Post):
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in English, Preschool Education, or Education.
- Montessori/Preschool Education training will be an added advantage.
Requirements & Key Skills:
- Excellent spoken and written English with strong vocabulary and grammar.
- Strong communication, creativity, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
- Energetic, patient, compassionate, and passionate about working with young children.
- Positive attitude, adaptability, and willingness to learn in a multicultural environment.
- Good moral character and ability to work in a cross-cultural setting.
- Singing and Photography/Videography skills will be an added advantage.
- Freshers are welcome to apply; however, candidates with at least one year of experience teaching children aged 4–6 years will be preferred.
- Valid passport and no criminal record.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Plan and prepare engaging lessons for UKG students.
- Deliver classroom instruction and manage classroom activities effectively.
- Maintain regular communication with parents, including Telegram updates.
- Collaborate with teaching staff and school management.
- Support the Media Team in print media, social media, and website updates when required.
- Perform additional duties as assigned during the academic year.

Employment type:
- Full-time (Initial 2-Year Contract)
Salary Package:
- Starting Salary: INR 6 LPA (Trainee Year)
- 12% income tax applicable as per local regulations.
