CRM & Email Marketing Manager (1 Post):
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of experience in email/CRM marketing
- Hands-on experience with Klaviyo (or similar tools)
- Plan and execute campaign calendars (offers, launches, engagement)
- Experience building and optimising flows (not just campaigns)
- Strong understanding of customer lifecycle and segmentation
- Has worked on revenue-focused email marketing
- Chatbot & WhatsApp
– Set up and manage FAQ-based chatbot flows
– Ensure smooth handover to human support
– Improve response efficiency and customer experience
