Meta Ads Specialist (1 Post):

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of hands-on experience running Meta ads (not just learning)
• Experience with:
  – Campaign setup (Conversions, Leads, Sales)
  – Audience targeting (custom + lookalikes)
  – Basic funnel understanding
• Knows how to read:
  – CTR, CPC, ROAS, CPA
• Has worked on real ad accounts (not dummy practice)
• Managed at least ₹2L/month ad spend

Technical Skills:

• Pixel setup & event tracking
• A/B testing creatives and audiences
• Retargeting campaigns
• Budget optimization

• Dimapur, Nagaland
