Key Responsibilities:
- Manage high volumes of customer interactions across multiple communication channels
while maintaining professionalism. - Adapt communication style to effectively interact with customers from diverse cultural
backgrounds and regions. - Troubleshoot customer issues, offer solutions, and ensure effective follow-up on open
inquiries or complaints. - Assist customers with different inquiries.
- Document customer feedback, common concerns, and provide insights to improve service
processes. - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues or escalate as needed.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in Zendesk and CRM systems.
- Meet or exceed established performance metrics, including response time, resolution time,
and customer satisfaction. - Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards during all customer
interactions. - Work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and customer requests
simultaneously. - Be flexible with shift timings to accommodate time zones, including evenings shift.
- Ensure a positive customer experience by maintaining a calm, professional demeanor under
pressure.

Employment type:
- Full-time
- Working hours: UK Evening Shift – 12:30 PM to 10:30 PM
- Working days: Monday – Friday
Salary Package:
- Salary Range: Rs. 25,000 – Rs. 40,000 CTC per month (open for negotiation for deserving candidate)
- PF/ESI: As per salary structure
- Group Health Insurance + Group Accidental Insurance: Applicable for employees above Rs. 35,100 CTC
- Relocation Package: First month accommodation + one-way travel expenses
- Annual Leave: 20 Privilege Leaves + 8 UK Public Holidays (as per UK holiday list)
