Assistant Chef (1 Post):
Qualification:
- Basic education
Job Description:
- The individual should know how to wrap momos (dumplings) and basic knowledge of Chinese dishes.
- Should have fast cutting skills.
- Assist Chef in food preparation.
- Attention to details related to food quality check and presentation.
- Cleaning and maintenance of kitchen hygiene.
- Execute and carry out day to day work allotted by the Chef.
- Check the stock and raw materials for the next day.
- Maintain professional, discipline and follow proper etiquette while interacting with superiors, chef, colleagues and customers.
- Assist the Chef in any work as and when required
- The contract will be for a period of 6 months. Liable to cancel extension if the individual fail to execute his assigned duty.

- 9:30AM-5:30PM (Restaurant time: 12PM-5PM)
Salary:
- 7k plus bonus according to performance
- Basic amenties such as ration will be provided for self cooking
