At YIC we offer a practical and engaging program to help entrepreneurs build business successfully. Our program is a multi-faceted program from early to matured stage businesses that are requiring support while they validate their business idea to commercialization so that they can progress to the next stage in their development.
The 4 Components of YouthNet Incubation Centre (YIC)
1. COWORKING SPACES

Our Programs
YIC COHORT
A generic cohort, the YIC Cohort provides a challenging and comprehensive 1 year curriculum of business building sessions designed to help entrepreneurs plan and start building several aspect of their business, from the initial stageof the product and revenue model.The program intend to run over a formal taught curriculum with 11 structured workshops over a number of 7 transition Months with 28 weeks. The overall program is divided into 3 Phase with 10 Core Modules that reflect a typical startup process. Each module will have 2 Primary Mentors leading that module with particular expertise in that topic. Plus regular involvement from management team to ensure continuity and progress every week. In addition to weekly feedback sessions where incubatees will receive constant feedback on their progress from experienced Mentors.
YOUTHNET WOMEN ENTREPRENEURSHIP FELLOWSHIP (YWEF)
YWEF is a comprehensive yearlong program designed to empower and support women entrepreneurs in their journey of business growth and impact. The fellowship aims to create an engaging and interactive learning environment that fosters collaboration, encourages critical thinking, and provides practical tools to help participants scale their businesses and make a significant difference in their industries. The program will span twelve months, divided into four modules, each focusing on specific aspects of entrepreneurial development. The modules are carefully curated to encourage active participation, foster peer learning, and equip entrepreneurs with the skills and knowledge necessary to achieve greater impact in their businesses.
PwD STARTUP PROGRAM
North East India first Startup Incubation Program for Persons with Disabilities in collaboration with Office of the State Commissioner for Persons with Disabilities, and Startup Nagaland, Department of Industries and Commerce was launched on 12th December 2022 at YouthNet Dimapur Office as part of YouthNet Incubation Centre program with a coworking space dedicated for the startups and entrepreneurs of Persons with Disabilities. YouthNet Incubation Centre provide access to infrastructure, networking, financing and related business services for the incubatees, currently YIC has 12 incubatees under the program.
RURAL STARTUP PROGRAM
Rural Startup Program is a program for aspiring/existing budding entrepreneurs with business ideas that address societal challenges and are keen on growing and scaling their venture, innovation or diversify their livelihood especially focusing on local production-based activities. The program is Supported by Dalit Foundation and Quest Alliance.
REDEMPTIVE BUSINESS ACCELERATOR
RBA (Program 1.0)” is an entrepreneurial development initiative organized in collaboration with the F&W Initiative supported by Department of Industries and Commerce This pilot program aims to support and empower a select group of six entrepreneurs who have demonstrated potential and a commitment to making a positive impact in their community through their business ventures. The objective is to provide selected entrepreneurs with a solid foundation and expert guidance to kickstart and accelerate their entrepreneurial journey
ENTREPRENEURSHIP DEVELOPMENT CENTRE (EDC)
Creating Innovative Culture in the Education System
To promote start-up culture and innovation amongst the youth in Nagaland, Nagaland Start-up Policy states that the Government should establish EDC in schools. The Department of Industries and Commerce has partnered with YouthNet in 2021 to set up EDCs in education institutions across the 16 districts of Nagaland.The EDCs provides critical facilities like plug-n-play working space and internet connectivity along with research and testing labs. This collaboration sets to build the capacity of the faculty to encourage the students to pursue entrepreneurship, embed Entrepreneurship modules in the schools with the inclusion of innovative projects and support innovators to scale up their ideas.
