Qualifications:
- Degree/Diploma in Hospitality Management
Requirements:
- 4–5 years’ experience in Front Office (supervisory/managerial role).
- Fluent in English (verbal & written).
- Strong leadership & customer service skills.
- Guest handling & problem-solving ability.
- Professional grooming & communication skills.
- Flexible to work in shifts.
- Both male & female can apply.
