Assistant Manager (1 Post):

Qualification:

• Qualification: Degree in Electrical Engineering

Requirements:

• Should have respect for rural life and are committed to building relationships at the village level
• Should have a service mindset and work effectively in a team to meet the community’s needs
• Should be excited to work in the field
• Should be a strong verbal communicator (English, Hindi). Knowledge of Nagamese would be a great asset
• Should have 5 years’ work experience in design, procurement of mini-grids, installation, O&M

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, procure and install solar mini-grids, including distribution network
• Supervise operations and maintenance of mini-grid systems
• Maintain and superviseoperations and running of agriculture processing machines
• Build strong community engagement
• Manage all local assets, relationships and employees
• Respond to management queries and deliver on daily, monthly and quarterly EPC targets
