LaunchPad was established in partnership with the Dept. of Youth Resources and Sports, Govt. of Nagaland. A career guidance and employability skill development program explicitly designed for students pursuing their 12th standard in all GHSS across Nagaland supported by the Dept. of School Education Govt. of Nagaland


In partnership with SAMAGRA Shiksha programme under the Directorate of School Education, YouthNet launched InnoveX entrepreneurship competition for vocational schools. Its main objective of conducting the competition is to incite the concept of innovation and creativity in students                      

Nagaland Education Project

The Department of School Education, with support from the World Bank launched the ‘Nagaland Education Project – The Lighthouse – Nagaland Enhancing Classroom Teaching and Resources (NECTAR)’. 


Entrepreneurship Development Centre – In partnership with the Dept. of Industries & Commerce to inculcate entrepreneurial mindset in selective govt. schools under Start-up policy. This program is aimed towards promoting a start-up culture and innovation amongst the youth in Nagaland and support innovators to scale up their ideas.

STEM for Girls

Youthnet signs MoU with IBM, the Department of School Education, Govt. of Nagaland and Quest Alliance to implement STEM for Girls among adolescent girls and boys studying in selected Government Secondary Schools in Nagaland to explore  careers in Science,  Technology, Engineering  and Mathematics (STEM).

Vocational Education

Courses designed to impart an application-based study in schools from entrepreneurship competition to Vocationalisation of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education under Samagra Shiksha Abhiyan (SSA) to implementation of Multi Skill Foundation Courses with Lend-A-Hand India across various institutions in the state.
