YouthNet has been actively engaged in promoting education and career development among the youth in the state. It has partnered with various organizations to develop and implement a range of initiatives aimed at equipping young people with the right skills and knowledge needed to succeed in today’s competitive job market.

Innovative Approaches to Promote Education and Career Growth Among Youth in Nagaland:

The LaunchPad Program

This program provides career guidance and employability skill development to students pursuing their 12th standard in all Government Higher Secondary Schools (GHSS) across the state.

IBM SkillsBuild

This initiative aims to explore careers in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) and promote equal opportunities for both genders in these fields.

Entrepreneurship Development Centre (EDC)

This program aims to promote a start-up culture and innovation among the youth in Nagaland and support innovators to scale up their ideas.

The Nagaland Education Project - The Light House

This project focuses on improving classroom teaching and resources in the state to provide better educational opportunities for students.
