YouthNet started Accenture’s ‘Skills to Succeed’ global initiative through Quest Alliance to address the serious unemployment issue in Nagaland. This program trains job seekers in Retail and Hospitality Management, Employability and Work Skills.

The objective of this training is to equip the students with the basic information and skills required for employment. Sensitize the students on the job opportunities in the private sector and make them aware of the personal and professional growth opportunities in the Private sector.

14. Resume Writing and Interview Skills- Followed by Mock Calls
Retail Training
The training is for 18 days and two months of On-Job-Training.
The Modules for the Training are:
Life Skills
Identity and Background, Goals and Expectations, SWOT, Attitude, Self-esteem, Values and Perception, Handling Responsibilities, Decision Making, Time Management, Money Management, Conflict Resolution, Attitude, Communication Skills and Gender.
Retail Customer Interaction
What is Retailing?, Retail Formats, Open-Ended Questions, Close-Ended Questions, Greeting Customer, Probing, FAB, Presentation, Closing, Cross-Selling.
Work Skills
Resume Writing, Interviewing Skills, Orientation of Jobs in the Private sector, Dignity of Labor, Appearance and Grooming, Workplace Etiquette
Digital Literacy
Market scan, Industry visit and Guest Lectures
Hospitality Training
This training is for two months followed by another two months of On-Job-Training.
