YouthNet started Accenture’s ‘Skills to Succeed’ global initiative through Quest Alliance to address the serious unemployment issue in Nagaland. This program trains job seekers on Retail and Hospitality Management, Employability and Work Skills.

Retail Training

The training is for 18 days and 2 months of On-Job-Training. The modules for the training are:

Life Skills

Identity and Background, Goals and Expectations, SWOT, Attitude, Self-esteem, Values and Perception, Handling Responsibilities, Decision Making, Time Management, Money Management, Conflict Resolution, Attitude, Communication Skills and Gender.

Retail Customer Interaction

What is Retailing, Retail Formats, Open-Ended Questions, Close-Ended Questions, Greeting Customer, Probing, FAB, Presentation, Closing, Cross-Selling.

Work Skills

Resume Writing, Interviewing Skills, Orientation of Jobs in the Private sector, Dignity of Labor, Appearance and Grooming, Workplace Etiquette

Digital Literacy

Market scan, Industry visit and Guest Lectures

Hospitality Training

This training is for 2 months followed by 2 months of On-Job-Training. Training modules include:
