The Pfutsero Government College Alumni Association (PGCAA) in collaboration with Career Counseling and Placement Cell Pfutsero Government College organized a seminar on career guidance and skill development at the college auditorium on 8th September 2018.
Yangermongla, Trainer, NCDC, YouthNet and Aotula Imchen, IPS, SDPO Pfutsero; were the main speakers of the event.
While Aotula, stressed on the principles of ‘focus, strong decision and humility’ and encouraged the students to look at challenges as opportunity, understand the demand of their examinations, get into a good study circle and cultivate good habits, in the first session, Yangermongla in the second session deliberated on three principles- soft skills listening, attitude and communication where she largely stressed on the importance of having a positive attitude.
